LOPAL, CORPORATE HEAD QUARTERS

Lopal is one of the biggest lubricant and Oil derivates products companies in China.

Is headquartered in Jiangsu Province and currently is looking to move its corporate building from the factory area to the city center and to integrate it with research facilities to offer its employees a better working environment.
The project counts of an office building, a research and development building, a boutique hotel and one laboratories building and one event center.
Additionally several small shops and restaurant of the first floor

The whole project is directly connected to 2 subway lines of Nanjing Metro system.

Currently the project is in pre-approval stage.

The design company in charge of the project is CDG Co. I participated as co-team leader for the concept and project proposal.
My participation was a team leader for the concept and project proposal.
