LAGUNA BAY

Taguig is one of the fastest-growing districts of Metro Manila City and is home to the most important real estate developments in The Philippines nowadays.

Located on Lawton Avenue, Bonifacio Laguna Bay is a mixed-use development that consists of 419,201 m2 of construction, including two office towers, one hotel, three high-end residential towers, a shopping mall, and a supermarket. The project is located less than 800 m from the New Philippines Congress building and is in an area that hosts several embassies, consulates, a golf courts, and parks.

Currently, the project is in the approval stage. The design company in charge of the project is CDG Co. I participated as team leader for the concept and project proposal.

The project volumetric distribution is due to its angle, i.e., its buildings do not interfere with the other buildings’ facades; therefore, no matter where are you located in the towers, you will have a generous view of the bay or the city, which results in higher selling value for the property.
